Mark Hunt

Mark Hunt is Senior Vice President of IHC Specialty Benefits, a member of The IHC Group, overseeing call centers and nationwide network of sales leaders. He has over two decades of experience and proven track record in growing sales and building top sales teams as well as sales and marketing organizations with profitable blocks of business.

Prior to IHC, Mark was co-owner and National Performance Leader for Independent Producers of America, LLC (IPA), a national marketing organization and consumer-direct sales agency, where he contributed to the company’s rapid growth in a competitive field.

Mark’s passion for helping others led him to building a new division of the Zig Ziglar Organization: Mark D. Hunt Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Ziglar Performance Group, where he took of Independent National Leader for the southeastern United States. His professional experience also includes National Recruiting Director at Cornerstone America, a marketer of health insurance to individuals and small business owners.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Troy University and resides in Palm Coast, Fla.

Dave Keeler

David Keeler is Senior Vice President of Business Development at IHC Specialty Benefits, with 35 years of industry experience, 10 of them as part of the IPA-Family, a member company of the IHC Group.

While attending college at night, Mr. Keeler started selling insurance straight out of high school and within a decade took a pivotal role in establishing Cornerstone Marketing, which was bringing in $400 million per year in annualized sales at the time he retired in 2004. That retirement would be short-lived. His good friend, renowned salesman and motivational speaker Zig Ziglar, would soon invite Mr. Keeler to join him at his organization as his Executive Vice President of Business Development, as well as, sharing the stage with him as a certified speaker and trainer serving individuals and companies across North America Mr. Ziglar’s mentorship prepared Mr. Keeler to help transform IPA Family from a small, privately owned company to a fully owned subsidiary of The IHC Group.

Mr. Keeler values authentic interpersonal connections and views trust and respect as the basis for successful partnerships. Due to his path through the industry, he understands the impact decisions have for those on the frontline and strives to conduct business with this in mind. In his current role with IHC Specialty Benefits, Mr. Keeler continues to seek and form business partnerships that will help all companies involved flourish and better serve consumers.

Sandra Bradley

A dedicated, experienced business entrepreneur, Sondra Bradley has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Based in Tampa, Fla, she currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Product Training for IHC Specialty Benefits, a member of The IHC Group.

Prior to IHC, Sondra was a co-owner and National Training & Operations Leader for IPA-Family, a national marketing organization and consumer-direct sales agency. There, she was responsible for nationwide sales and leadership training and common sales platforms, as well as overseeing advertising, compliance, communications, marketing and operations.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Sondra has a diverse background that includes co-founding a new division of the Zig Ziglar Organization: Bradley Performance Group d/b/a Ziglar Performance Group where she recruited, motivated, trained and certified hundreds of speakers. Before starting her own business, Sondra was at United Insurance Companies, Inc. (UCI) and Cornerstone America (a division of UCI), a marketer of health insurance to individuals and small business owners. At Cornerstone America, Sondra served as as Executive Vice-President and oversaw the operations, marketing, and technology departments.

Javier Tejada Vera

Javier Tejeda Vera is Vice President of Sales for Aspira A Mas, a division of IHC Specialty Benefits. Javier has a proven record of success supporting business development activities in domestic and global markets. Prior to Aspira A Mas, he was the Director of Business Development with UNFCU (United Nations Federal Credit Union).

Javier is a native of Mexico, and started his insurance career over 20 years ago with Chubb Insurance as a Director for Operations in Mexico City and later promoted to oversee operations for their Latin America business. His past positions include Vice-President of International Operations for Conseco, managing benefits and life insurance programs and CUNA Mutual Group as a Vice-President for Latin America, providing benefits products and lending protection for the Credit Unions.

Javier holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, and received his MBA from the University of Miami. He is also a founding member of National Society of Hispanics with MBAs (NSHMBA), Indianapolis chapter.

Letty Perez

Leticia “Letty” Perez is Director of Sales for Aspira A Mas, a division of IHC Specialty Benefits. She is responsible for managing national producer recruiting, contracting, special events and supporting business development activities.

With over 16 years of health insurance industry experience, Letty has served in various capacities, including licensing and compliance specialist at Standard Security Life Insurance of New York, and most recently as Regional Sales Director for IHC Specialty Benefits.

Born and raised in New York City, Letty is a graduate of St. Johns University and now resides in Tampa, FL with her family.
